Be with Nature
For some people, being with nature, amongst trees, close to the sea or exploring new walking routes with an open mind whilst receiving therapy can really add another dimension to any session.
It's always geared to own pace and can incorporate mini stops, to rest if required. There can be a soothing aspect of being in nature, in addition to the other physical and mental health benefits. Often helpful ideas can spring from seemingly nowhere too during walks as the sights, sounds and smells of nature engage with our senses.
